The Fast Truth

Insulated as standard, not as an upgrade

Ask a typical garden room supplier what insulation costs extra, then read their spec sheet's small print. Ours is simpler: vaulted concrete wrapped in earth, geomembrane waterproofing, triple-glazed wooden doors and windows and underfloor heating, on every build, at the listed from-price. An insulated garden room is not our premium tier — it is the only thing we make.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

Do garden rooms add value?

A permanent insulated structure with a 25-year warranty is an asset, not a depreciating outbuilding. Agents typically treat quality garden rooms as adding usable square-metreage.

Can you live in a garden room?

Sleeping accommodation changes the planning position — it becomes ancillary residential use. Our annexe page and planning guide cover exactly when that is straightforward.

Are garden rooms worth it?

If a timber cabin would do, buy a timber cabin. Ours are for people who want a room that performs like the house and outlives it.
