Our garden rooms and living spaces start at £45,000 turnkey; cellars at £25,000; saunas at £30,000; full underground homes at £99,000–£275,000. Turnkey packages work out from around £3,250 per square metre. Every site is different — final pricing follows the scoping call and site assessment.

Groundworks, access and specification genuinely vary from site to site — publishing a configured total we might have to walk back would be marketing, not pricing. So we publish honest from-prices, confirm the real number after the scoping call and site assessment, and put the full January 2026 price list in the brochure where it can be versioned properly.
