From Order to Handover

The calendar, honestly.

A £2,000 refundable design deposit starts your drawings and site survey. From there, the only variable that matters is planning: it never rules a project out, it only sets the pace. Modules are built off-site while paperwork progresses, so time on your land is measured in days.

8–10 weeks

From order to handover where planning is already in place.

6–7 months

Where we obtain planning permission for you first, then build.
