The Process
From first call to keys in hand: one team designs it, gets it consented, builds it and lands it in your garden. Here is the whole journey, honestly timed.

Thirty minutes on your site, your budget band and what you want the space to do. If the fit is wrong, we say so on this call — it saves everyone months.
A £2,000 design deposit — refundable, plainly and in writing — starts site survey, imaging and detailed architectural drawings. You see exactly what you are buying before you commit to it.
We prepare and submit the application and manage the council conversation. Typically a 12-week window — you do nothing except stay excited. Detail in the planning guide.
Groundworks, craning, connection, landscaping: an 8–10 week window on site, with the modules themselves installed in days. Then the keys.
