Use Case · Training
A garden gym that holds temperature year-round: earth-sheltered, properly ventilated, silent for the neighbours, and with a concrete floor that laughs at your rack and plates.

Sheds hit 35°C in July and 5°C in January. Earth-sheltering holds a training temperature all year.
Designed ventilation with heat recovery — fresh air at squat number eight, not condensation on the walls.
Dropped deadlifts and 6am playlists stay inside a metre of earth. Neighbours notice nothing.
A structural concrete floor takes racks, rigs and bumper plates without a second thought.

Fit-Out

FAQ
Yes. The vaulted ceiling gives full standing headroom at the centre line — press, snatch and pull-up heights are checked against your layout at design stage.
Often not — most fall within permitted development. Where consent is needed we handle it. See the planning guide.
No. Geomembrane waterproofing plus designed ventilation with heat recovery keeps humidity controlled even under hard daily use.
