Beautiful spaces need somewhere to live.

We'll be straight with you: without land, there's nothing we can build yet, and we'd rather tell you that now than waste your time. But most of our clients started exactly where you are.

Honesty over hype: £25k is our starting line.

Our entry product, the 4.5m² Vaulted Cellar, starts at £25,000 turnkey. Below that we simply can't deliver the quality the Revonia name stands for, and we won't pretend otherwise.
